Make sure you are downloading the exact Firmware of the device you want to flash because flashing a wrong firmware will make the device completely dead (cant power on, cant charge and will not be detected by a computer). 

How To Flash

Using Volcano Box:

STEP 1: Download & extract the Firmware on your computer.
STEP 2: Install the USB Drivers (skip this step if drivers are already installed).
STEP 3: Launch Volcano Box.
STEP 4: Click on Coolsand &...
STEP 5: Select Write Flash.
STEP 6: Select the Bin File from the Firmware you have downloaded.
STEP 7: Select Auto-detect Pinouts (use pinouts connector).
STEP 8: Click on the Run button.
STEP 9: Patiently wait for device to connected.
STEP 10: Once the device has been connected,
STEP 11: Patiently wait for the process to complete.

Using Miracle Box:

STEP 1: Download & extract the Stock ROM (Firmware) on your computer.
STEP 2: Install the USB Drivers (skip this step if drivers are already installed).
STEP 3: Launch Miracle Box.
STEP 4: Power off device, Insert USB Cable on the device (dont power on), Press & hold the "0" button key until Open USB Download appears on device screen.
STEP 5: Click on Coolsand/RDA.
STEP 6: Select Write.
STEP 7: Click on the folder-like button to select Firmware on the location it is saved.
STEP 8: After Selecting Firmware,
STEP 9: Click on the Start button.
STEP 10: Connect device.
STEP 11: Patiently wait while the process completes.

[*] It is always advisable to backup the Stock ROM (Firmware) of the device you are about to flash unless the device is completely dead (cant power on).
